Fajnie, ze dodales skrotowe opisy jezykow ale niektore nadal wydaja sie zagadkowe, moze by tak wstawic tam pelne nazwy panstw po angielsku?

Raczej jak strony już oferują różne wersje językowe, to nad flagami jest napisany język w tym właśnie języku
Polski - po polsku
Deutch - po niemiecku
English - po angielsku

I would gladly translate these phrases for you but actually you don't need to translate them to Filipino. English is widely spoken here and our major newspapers, government documents, business documents, etc are in English, although it is not our national language. We are the third largest English speaking country in the world in terms of population, next to the US and UK.
I'd advise you to just leave the instructions in English, they would be better understood than if you translate them to Filipino. Besides, any Filipino who would be doing any geocaching will surely understand English.
