Pojawił się upgrade firmware (kolejna beta, tym razem 2.54) do Colorado.
Jest parę ciekawych poprawek, ja zamierzam dziś zaktualizować swój odiornik.

Wiadomo jakie zmiany wprowadzili , bo nie mogę tego znaleźć na stronie..

(na pewno można te notatki przerzucić na GC, a chyba łyka je również GSAK.)

Jest zasługą mojej długaśnej korespondencji z supportem? :"P

Prócz tego parę rzeczy małych a cieszących, np. przypisanie wyboru map do profili oraz zrobienie tego samego z ustawieniami kompasu.

Naprawdę, robi się z tego urządzenia świetny odbiornik.
A jeśli kogoś to interesuje, na "Garniaku" jest (chyba) finisz moich kłopotów z zamrażaniem się odbiornika - winna okazała się jedna z map.

Field Notes działają tak, że nie można podejrzeć lub przeedytować notatki dodanej do cache'a. Za to można wpisać się do jednego cache parę razy i za każdym razem dodać notatkę - wszystkie notatki będą zapisane.

Informacje te dodawane są do pliku "geocache visits".

Sprawdź przy języku ustawionym na angielski.
Nie masz przypadkiem "poprawionego" przez Frasuna pliku z polskim językiem?

Nie, mam "nowy" polski, ten od Frasuna zdeponowałem na dysku, może się jeszcze przyda;-) ale to nie to: problem jest też na angielskim...

No to reset i zobacz wtedy co się dzieje.
Ja w każdym razie nie mam takich problemów.

Używasz może mapy UMP ?
Jeśli tak - spróbuj wyłączyć. IMO to nie powinno być to, ale co szkodzi sprawdzić.

UMP nie przeszkadza, za to reset pomógł... jak to czasem człowiek ma z myśleniem pod górkę

Nie wiem jak jest z innymi odbiornikami, natomiast z Colorado mam czasem wrażenie, że coś tam sobie zapisuje w jakiejś podręcznej pamięci i np. w przypadku padu baterii czy resetu niekoniecznie sobie tę pamięć czyści jak trzeba.

Ale od kiedy wyłapałem problem z mapą zawieszającą odbiornik, GPS chodzi "jak złoto" :")

Mogliby tylko zaimplementować do niego coś w stylu static navigation - oczywiście pod warunkiem możliwości indywidualnych ustawień.

Po resecie znalazła się też zaprojektowana w MapSource trasa, a wcześniej jej nie widział... myślałem, że coś popierniczyłem, ale okazało się, że jednak nie...
