How to log dropping/grabbing? I think one person should log dropping to the mole-hole and another should log "seen in" the second end of the hole. But it is just an idea.

And another idea for the opencaching project. The option similar to "observe the cache": "let me know, if there is a new GK in the cache".

Firstly - great idea! I do hope that it works out well.

Secondly, I'll be very happy if one of the mole-holes appears in Gdańsk

I agree with you filips - that way would emphasize the idea of "a tunnel"
But I have a question - where in such a situation the GK would appear on the map? In the place where it was put or where it has been seen for the last time?

If the last log is "seen in" then this location would be displayed on the map.

So if nobody raises concerns, I´ll set up the first mole-hole Berlin-Gdansk some time around Easter.

Good. End of the mole-hole in Gdansk may be ready next week. I've already chosen nice place with historical background. Now I have to organize the hole itself.
About the unified text and description - I'll accept what anything you decide.

I bought the same tube. The colour is the only difference (it's gray). I'm planning to set up the cache on the weekend.

We should make it clear.

I see it this way:
1. Geocacher drop GK to mole-hole (log: dropping to mole-hole 1)
2. Owner of mole-hole 1 grab GK and send it to Owner of mole-hole 2 (log: seen in mole-hole 1)
3. Owner of mole-hole 2 receive package with GKs (log: seen in mole-hole 2, grab from mole-hole 2)
4. Owner of mole-hole 2 distribute GKs (log: dropping to different caches)

Logging person is bold.

Am I correct? Any comments? Suggestions?

Well, I got it this way:

3. Owner of mole-hole 2 receive package with GKs (no log)
4. Owner of mole-hole 2 distribute GKs (log: seen in different caches, wherever they go)

Just to keep the tunnel a little bit mysterious and avoid to many log-entries of the mole-hole-owners.
